Will Awarded 2nd Place in Prestigious Schubert Club Competition!!

Last Weekend, William (Will) Gannon (15) won 2nd Place in the 98th Annual Schubert Club Bruce P. Carlson Student Scholarship Competition, Piano II Category (Grades 10-12). He was awarded the Anna M. Heilmaier Memorial Award. Will presented wonderful performances of Ravel’s Jeux d’eau and Liszt’s Tarantella in a video format. This award, along with Will’s State Alternate showing in MTNA’s National Competition this past fall, places him in the top echelon of Minnesota pianism. Congratulations, Will, and we will be following your meteoric rise with great interest and support!
