Anna Waldron began studying piano at the age of four. During high school, she studied with Dr. Joseph Zins. Currently, Anna is a student of Professor Nancy Weems. She is currently a junior studying Piano Performance at the Moores School of Music, University of Houston. 

Anna was a finalist in SPPTA , received third in the Minnetonka Symphony Orchestra's Young Artist Competition, and received third in the Augustana College 2013 Lee Piano Competition in 2013. In 2012 and 2013, she was awarded third in the La Crosse Symphony Orchestra's Rising Stars Concerto Competition. Anna received first in the New Orleans Piano Institute Concerto Competiton and will be performing with the New Orleans Civic Symphony in the end of October.
